I train hard everyday to be the best physically, mentally and spiritually... I am also super competitive which makes me very athletic as well!

At the Hollywood Half Marathon! I started talking nerdy nutrition science and became very interesting the cutting edge ingredients used in Vitalyte!

What are Your Goals as a Competitor?
I always want to improve! I am most competitive with myself to get stronger or faster every season. I'd like to run a 36min 10K and on day break 3hrs in a marathon. I also wouldn't mind breaking my Personal record of 5:01 for the mile and run a sub-5min mile!
What’s Your Biggest Struggle in Training?
Taking time off to rest...I always want to be DOING something, I hate sitting still!
Your biggest reward/achievement?
Winning the First Place Female in the Magic Mt. Olympic Triathlon (and it was my first Triathlon ever!!!)
Other things you think your future fans and admirers will want to know about you:
I love seeing other people succeed! Nothing makes me happier than cheering someone else on or seeing them reach one of their goals. That's what motivates me to work hard and do the same for myself!
